We want you to love your fragrance. Here's how returns and exchanges work.

Eligibility

Unopened, unused items in their original packaging can be exchanged within 7 days of delivery.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, opened or used bottles cannot be returned or exchanged.

How to Start an Exchange

• —Contact us at support@lovesecret.pk or WhatsApp +92 3004545754 within 7 days of delivery.
• —Include your order number and reason for the exchange.
• —We'll confirm eligibility and arrange next steps, including pickup or drop-off details.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos or an unboxing video, and we'll arrange a replacement at no extra cost.

Refunds
